About Heather Jones

As a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I have come to view therapy as a collaborative approach between therapist and client. I work with individuals, couples and families. I can assist those dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and career struggles. I can help you identify maladaptive patterns which are blocking you from living your optimal life. We can work together to develop tools which increase self awareness, growth and success.

I offer an atmosphere of acceptance and empathy as we explore the individual and relational issues that are causing roadblocks in your life. We will transform insight into actionable change. I enjoy working with adults as well as adolescents.

I work with all age groups, individuals as well as families. I currently offer online sessions and in person sessions.
